Questions & answers
The things people ask before their first bottle. Anything else, the chat in the corner is the quickest way to reach us.
Do I need an espresso machine?
No — that is the whole idea. Every bottle holds ready-made 30ml shots of Aconchego, our Cambodia & Indonesia blend. Pour one over ice or warm milk and you have a latte, from about ₱60 a drink. No machine, no pods, no barista.
Does it need refrigerating?
Nothing is made in advance. We brew your bottles on the delivery date you choose, and they reach you that same day. It needs no refrigeration on the way, because brewing and delivery happen the same day. Once it reaches you, keep it in the fridge — whether you have opened it or not.
How long does it keep?
Once it reaches you, keep it in the fridge — whether you have opened it or not. Refrigerated, it is at its best for 7 days from delivery, opened or not — that is about flavour, not safety.
Where do you deliver?
Across Metro Manila / NCR, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas and Bulacan. Checkout lists every city we cover in each — if yours is there, we deliver to it. You pin the exact drop-off spot on a map when you order.
How much is delivery?
It depends on exactly where you are, so we work it out from the spot you pin at checkout and show you the fee before you pay.
When can it arrive?
Any day from tomorrow up to 30 days ahead; you choose the date at checkout. We deliver between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Pick the time windows that suit you (at least one morning and one afternoon–evening) and we arrive within them.
How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery, or pay ahead by scanning a GCash, Maya or GoTyme Bank QR at checkout — the QR is in your confirmation email too. We confirm QR payments by hand, so please send us a screenshot of your receipt with your order number.
What if my order arrives wrong?
If an order turns up wrong, damaged or spoiled, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you. Because these are perishable and made to order, we cannot take back bottles that have been opened. Send the photo through the chat on any page, or by email — our contact page has the address.
